Look for commercial wipes that clean granite while leaving a streak-free shine.

Blot spills quickly. Granite countertops may stain if liquids are left on the surface too long. Specially Red Wine, Vinegar, Lime, Pickles should be wiped right away as it may damage the sealant.

Quartz

Quartz is non-porous surfaces that require no sealing to renew the luster and are simple to clean. In most cases, soap and water or a mild detergent is enough to keep your Quartz countertop looking like new.

Quartz is more heat resistant than other stone surfaces including most granite, marble and limestone; and is not affected by temperatures lower than 150°C (300°F). However to avoid rapid temperature changes, we suggest that hot pots and pans never be directly placed on the surface.

DO NOT use products like bleach, oven cleaners, products with pumice, batteries, paint removers, furniture strippers, tarnish or silver cleaners, or the like.

DO NOT use abrasive or harsh scrub pads.

DO NOT apply any sealers, penetrants or topical treatments to Quartz surface which may wear off and cause the gloss to appear dull or inconsistent.

Although Quartz is scratch less but Do avoid excessive force or pressure because that may chip the surface.

Always follow the cleaner manufacturer's use instructions and exercise proper care when handling and storing any cleaning products.
